Claude Apple Calendar MCP
Give Claude live Apple Calendar access through Pear MCP.
Pear is a hosted MCP server for Apple Calendar, Contacts, and iCloud Mail, plus only the legacy reminder data Apple still exposes through CalDAV. Schedule reads, tool approvals, and write actions depend on the current Claude plan, role, and connector permissions.
Live provider context
Your apps, ready for the next step.
One hosted endpoint for calendar, tasks, contacts, and mail.
pear://connectedWhat you can do
- Use Claude with a remote MCP connector instead of a local bridge script.
- Read and create Apple Calendar events when the Claude connector exposes the required tools.
- Coordinate contacts and mail from the same Pear connection; reminders are limited to usable legacy Apple CalDAV lists.
- Control access with an Apple App-Specific Password you can revoke any time.
From setup to your first request
Make the connection. Then make it useful.
Follow your client’s setup guide, then try a request with the accounts you have connected.
Try first
Start with a question.
What's on my calendar this week and where are the gaps?
Find the best 60-minute block for deep work tomorrow.
Show whether a usable legacy CalDAV reminder list is available for Monday follow-ups.
Setup path
Connect once. Keep your apps close.
Create a Pear account and complete iCloud onboarding.
For an individual plan, open Claude, go to Customize, then Connectors. Team and Enterprise owners add Pear for the organization first.
Add Pear as a custom connector with https://pearmcp.com/api/mcp and complete the Pear OAuth flow.
Why it matters
A little less switching.
Ground Claude plans in real Apple Calendar state when read tools are available.
Make schedule changes through approved tools when write access is available.
Reuse one Apple provider setup across the documented Pear client paths.
- Apple App-Specific Password, not your main password
- Revocable any time from Apple ID settings
- Encrypted credentials and no copied iCloud database
