A connection you control

Your work is personal. Let's keep it that way.

Provider credentials are encrypted. Pear reads your provider data when needed instead of maintaining a synced copy of your content.

Approved-write workflows retain the exact approved action and receipt in your private audit trail. Disconnect Pear or revoke provider access when you need to.

Good company for the apps you love.

Connect your provider, then follow the guide for your chosen AI.

Each AI client has its own setup, plan and permission requirements. Multiple provider connections require Pro. Check compatibility. Apple Reminders access is limited to legacy CalDAV data, not Apple's upgraded Reminders store. Read the limitation.

A few good questions.

The practical things, before you connect.

Do I need Pear if my AI already has a connector?

If a built-in connector already covers your account and the tasks you need, it may be enough. Pear is another option for bringing iCloud or Microsoft 365 into a compatible AI, with one hosted connection to manage and no local MCP server to maintain. Each AI client still needs its own setup and authorisation.

Is my data stored by Pear?

Pear stores encrypted provider credentials and operational metadata, but reads provider data live instead of maintaining a synced content copy. When the approved-write workflow is used, Pear also keeps the exact approved action and receipt in your private audit trail.

What can Pear access?

Only the provider services you connect. iCloud supports Calendar, Contacts and Mail, plus legacy CalDAV reminder data. Microsoft 365 supports Calendar, To Do, Contacts and Outlook Mail. Google Workspace is coming soon. Available tools also depend on your account, scopes and enabled capabilities.

Can I revoke access?

Yes. Disconnect the provider from Pear or revoke its credentials directly from your provider account settings.

Which AI clients work with Pear?

Pear has setup guides for ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, Cursor, Windsurf, Cline, and other clients that support remote MCP servers. A guide is not a guarantee that every plan or workspace can use every action. Check the client requirements, permissions and compatibility status before connecting.

Does Pear support the current Apple Reminders app?

Not through the hosted iCloud connection. Pear can access only the legacy reminder data Apple still exposes through CalDAV, not Apple's upgraded Reminders store. Reconnecting does not change this limitation. Microsoft To Do is supported separately through Microsoft 365.

How does billing work?

Free includes 50 counted provider actions each month. Most provider reads or writes count as one action. Batch writes count once per item. Setup and discovery do not count. Failed actions Pear can confirm had no provider effect also do not count; actions with an unknown outcome may count. Pro US base pricing is US$7.99/month or US$49/year, with no monthly metered-action cap while the plan is active. Stripe Checkout shows the exact price and currency available to you before payment.
